John's response to our feedback not at all what I was expecting. Had to ask Matthew to see if he could get the manager for us just so we could let him know so he could take steps to prevent future problems like this. Manager never came to touch the table to check on us and see if our problem had been resolved. Mathew apologized and was very accommodating the rest of the meal. In the middle of our meal my boyfriend had informed Mathew that his steak had quite a bit of gristle in it (FYI gristle no is defined as cartilage inedible tissue in meat). The manager, John Hardy, is the sole reason I gave this place one star. I have worked in the hospitality and food and beverage industry for over 15 years and from my personal opinion servers like Mathew are extremely hard to find. He was always smiling and made sure we were satisfied throughout our entire meal. I would have given this place five stars if the manager hadn't treated both me and my boyfriend so poorly!!!!! Our seever, Mathew, was extremely attentive and such a delight that which is why I struggled with this one star rating.
